afpfs-ng-utils software package provides Client for the Apple Filing Protocol (AFP) (utility programs), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install afpfs-ng-utils
afpfs-ng-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the afpfs-ng-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep afpfs-ng-utils *
You will get with afpfs-ng-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
